PURSUING THE DREAM

What would the lion's cub do?

If he is told to be the next leader,

If he is told to be the next warrior,

If he is told to be the next king of the empire,

If he is told to be his father

When his jungle is under the pressure of poachers,

When the lion's death has caused him great stress,

When he is in trauma for losing his mother young,

When he must rise, his fate is strung,

In order to fulfill his and his father's dream,

Through fierce battles, his sword was swung

Finally when the most important day came,

When he would finally fulfill their dream,

He called all his peers to explain,

What he felt was the final game,

To show his dream to the world

Little did he know,

The people who he trusted,

Became the people who betrayed,

All for a piece of land to show,

The cub tried his best to continue towards his dream,

Fighting against the poachers like a madman,

A man who was mad about his dream,

A dream to protect his homeland,

A dream in which everyone live in unity,

A dream where all live in harmony

He showed the kind of leader he was,

He showed his inner spirit of warrior,

He showed why he was the king of the empire,

HE SHOWED WHY HE WAS THE LION'S CUB.
